DMX is expecting his 13th child with his girlfriend Desiree Lindstrom. The couple celebrated the impending birth of their baby boy with a baby shower this past Tuesday. Lindstrom took to her Facebook page later Tuesday evening to thank her family and friends for coming to the shower.
“Just now looking at everything on here I had fun was tired and sick but I made it through the day me and my love bug. Thanking everyone who showed up. I’m blessed God has me and my son,” she wrote.
DMX , real name Earl Simmons, has children with several different women and has four with his first wife, Tashera Simmons. The estranged couple are currently finalizing their divorce.
During a recent appearance on N.O.R.E.’s “Drink Champs Podcast,” DMX spoke about how thankful he is for all his children and talked about battling substance abuse for twenty-five years. “I survived a 25 year addiction. Not because of anything I did for myself. God did it,” said the rapper
