Ayden Nida is 6-years-old. The oldest son of Apollo Nida and Phaedra Parks celebrated his birthday a few days ago.
Mom threw her son a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles themed party. The tiered cake featured the four ninjas peeking out of a trash dumpster and the city beneath them. Ayden took a deep breath before blowing out the candles placed around the second tier of the cake. “Happy Birthday to my Prince! He is hands down the smartest and sweetest six year old I know,” Phaedra told fans.
Phaedra rented out Stars & Strikes bowling alley in Atlanta for her son’s party. Porsha Williams and several other celebrity friends were in attendance at the bash. “With my boo @phaedraparks #HappyBirthdayAyden,” Porsha captioned underneath one picture.
This is the second year that Ayden has celebrated his birthday in the absence of his father. Apollo pled guilty to fraud several months ago and is now serving eight years in prison for crimes committed.
Phaedra discussed her reality of single motherhood with media last year. “I think being a single mom is tough because you’re the sole provider and you have all the responsibilities on your shoulders,” she admitted. “Just knowing you don’t have a partner to rely on is tough, but you know, you just have to pull up your boot straps and keep going.”
Phaedra Parks has two sons, Ayden and Dylan, with Apollo Nida.
