Shai Moss celebrated her birthday this past weekend with family and friends. The daughter of Shad Moss, a.k.a. Bow Wow, and Joie Chavis enjoyed a Barbie-themed birthday party that had confetti and a Mattel photo booth.
“Shai’s Barbie Porty,” Joie wrote on Instagram. The celebrity mom also shared a picture of her posing with her daughter. Another photo featured Shai standing in front of her tiered cake with friends by her side. “Missy on the right is ready for her closeup,” Joie joked.

Chance, daughter of Sean “Diddy” Combs, was also in attendance. The youngster took a picture with Shai in the Mattel photo booth. Chance gave the camera a cute pose while Shai blew kisses at adoring fans. “Too cute,” said one Instagram fan. “Love to see Chance and Shai together! They’re so beautiful,” shared another.

Shai is Shad and Joie’s only child together. She was born on April 27, 2011, and Shad has expressed joy in becoming a parent ever since. “The best thing that ever happened to me was the day my daughter Shai was born,” he shared in a special Father’s Day blog post. “Fatherhood to me is giving unconditional love,” he added. “I want Shai to know that no matter what she may go through in life good or bad, daddy will always be there to catch her when she falls, give some tough love when needed and most of all love her for life.”
