Monica Brown had her kids by her side during a concert in North Carolina this past weekend. The celebrity mom delivered a smash hit performance at the women’s empowerment show in Raleigh with her sons, Romelo and Rodney Jr., and daughter Laiyah cheering from the sidelines. Monica shared pictures from the event with fans.

“This is their ‘Really Momma Face,'” Brown captioned underneath one photo. The singer was posing with her sons. Rodney and Romelo didn’t appear to be too interested in taking pictures at the moment but were good sports for mom. “Long as they do what I say,” Monica hashtagged. The celebrity mom also shared a candid of her and Laiyah. “My Princess was not in the sharing mood today!! LOL! She was on my hip all day … Love it tho,” Monica wrote.

Later, Monica shared footage of her sons Romelo and Rodney celebrating after getting good grades on their math tests. “The way you dance when you’re too cool to whip and Nae Nae but you know your Mom turns up for A’s,” the singer captioned underneath video footage of her oldest celebrating academic excellence. “Good job @rockohill My ten-year-old big boy!! Testing time of year and he’s killing it.”

Romelo also “turned up” after getting a good grade on a math test. The youngster carved his own path by finding a different way to solve equations. “Baby Boy getting it in today during Math testing as well,” Monica wrote. “He created his own method to solve and check the problems #OHYeahHeWantAPrize LOL #MyFaultIStartedIt but if there’s anything to be praised it’s a child working hard and pursuing their education.”

Rodney and Romelo are Monica’s kids with Rodney “Rocko” Hill Sr. The ‘Code Red’ singer has one child, Laiyah, with husband Shannon Brown.
