Valentine’s Day was the sweetest for Mariah Carey who spent the day with her kids. The singer performed at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on Sunday where she invited her son, Moroccan, and daughter, Monroe, onstage to help her sing.
Many dubbed the show as one of Mariah’s best as she sang and danced with lots of energy. Monroe and Moroccan’s entry onstage was the highlight as the twins wore red and gave their mom flowers. Attendees cheered as Mariah took a break from performing to spend time with her children.
The singer has discussed motherhood and how it has affected her thought process. “It used to be just about me,” Mariah told Steve Harvey a few months back. “It used to be like, ‘I’ve got to get my sleep, I’ve got to get my rest, I have to sing, and do this and that.’ Now, it’s really like, ‘What are they doing? Are they asleep yet? What time are they getting up?’ The activities for the next day. So, it’s been a journey for me.”
