Jimmy Jam and his daughter, Bella Harris, are getting geared up for tonight’s Grammy Awards show. The artist and his princess were two of many to stop by the 2016 MusiCares Person of the Year event that honored Lionel Richie on Saturday. The ceremony was held at the Convention Center in Los Angeles, and Jimmy and Bella definitely made a great showing.
The celebrity father wore a black suit with matching hat while his daughter graced the red carpet with a black and white outfit. Jimmy appeared exuberant while standing in the spotlight next to his daughter. The celebrity duo also attended the 2016 Pre-Grammy Gala And Salute to Industry Icons that honored Irving Azoff.
It was just a few weeks ago that Bella was featured in Pretige magazine. The young model told the editorial that she thoroughly enjoys her job. “I always heard that you have to search for what makes you happy, do what you love and hopefully one day you can make it a career for yourself,” she said. “I was tall at a young age and modeling seemed natural for me. I learned a lot about fashion and style from my mom (Lisa Harris), and my dream is to one day successfully combine the two industries and carve out a niche for myself in the fashion industry.”
The Grammy Awards will be the highlight of the evening as performers such as Adele and Lady Gaga take the stage. Lionel Richie will be one of several legendary stars honored for his many contributions to the industry. The show begins at 8 PM on CBS.
