Chris Brown is ruining his daughter’s health according to the toddler’s mom, Nia Guzman. The 1-year-old’s mother recently filed legal documents that accuse Brown of exposing to Royalty to secondhand smoke.
TMZ reports,
“Nia Guzman claims 1-year-old Royalty has developed asthma, and she says it’s all because Chris has exposed her to an extreme amount of secondhand smoke. Brown is a weed and tobacco enthusiast.”
Guzman also tells the courts that she is concerned that Chris has relapsed and is again using drugs. She asks that Brown either hire a full-time nanny or significantly reduce his visitation rights.
In addition, Nia is requesting more child support money. She currently receives $2,500 in financial support from Chris but wants the courts to increase the amount to $16,000
While Chris has refused to respond to these most recent allegations, he has expressed much joy in being a parent. “Being a father is great,” he said during one interview. “I’ve been able to set aside my own wants and necessities for my daughter. Everything is about her.”
Royalty is Chris Brown’s only child with Nia Guzman. She will celebrate her second birthday in May.
