Kandi Burruss really cares and is focusing on single parents. The businesswoman, along with her charity, Kandi C.A.R.E.S., held a giveaway this past weekend in which ten single mothers were the recipients of $500.
The expectant celebrity smiled while standing in the midst of the women who were proudly holding up the large checks given by her nonprofit. Kandi and her organization also gave the moms a baby shower that provided them with basic necessities. Kandi’s mom, husband and daughter were also in attendance to give immense support to Burruss and the women.
The celebrity mom has been quite busy with charity this month. Burruss held a toy drive last week to ensure hundreds of underprivileged kids have a Merry Christmas. The celeb later had a holiday party that her daughter, Riley, came out to support. “My baby girl @rileyburruss stopped by our @kandikoatedent,” said the pregnant star.
