Kanye West, along with wife Kim Kardashian and sister-in-law Kourtney Kardashian, took their daughters North and Penelope to a dance class in Woodland Hills, California on March 19, 2015. North, who is often times seen wearing the color black, looked pretty in pink in her ballerina outfit.
In related news, North is turning out to be a big influence in the fashion world. Several fashion designers and retailers have told media that the “North Effect” has parents trying to dress their children like the little one.
“I’m the first person to say the Kardashians are the best thing for the economy,” says one business owner who saw sales for black fur vests similar to the one that North wore during a recent outing in Beverly Hills soar shortly after the little made her debut in the outfit. “I [have seen] the biggest spike in the Timberlands and the Doc Martens,” adds the entrepreneur.
It’s no surprise that North is becoming a little fashion icon. After all, her mother, Kim Kardashian-West, garners much attention for the clothes that she wears on and off the red carpet. In addition, Kanye West, North’s father, presented his clothing line in collaboration with Adidas during New York Fashion Week for fall. All of the pieces were truly unique.
So what do you think of North’s current status as a children’s fashion favorite? Would you pattern your daughter’s attire after hers?
