Is Norma Mitchell planning to live in Israel with Shayla? Tyrese thinks so. The FURIOUS 7 star has allegedly filed court documents that ask a judge to force his ex-wife to release the details surrounding her and Shay’s upcoming visit to the Holy Land.
According to TMZ,
“He filed legal docs — obtained by TMZ — in which he pleads with a judge to put the brakes on Norma Gibson’s decision to vacation in Israel with 7-year-old Shayla. Norma is an Israeli citizen and under the law she’s allowed to stay in Israel permanently … the country won’t do anything to help the other parent.”
Shay is Tyrese and Norma’s only child together. The actor often shares pictures of his little girl and pens sweet notes to her on Instagram. “I am here I am father,” said Tyrese is one open letter. “I will protect you from what’s around the corner before you get there- I am here to translate all of these confusing things that will catch you off guard on this earth. I am here to keep things in perspective – I am here to emotionally protect you from all the things that you might NOT have clarity over – other than The Lord Jesus Christ himself – I got you my little angel your going to see this world through MY eyes- This life journey is not a sprint it’s a marathon.”
Norma is reportedly planning to visit Israel with Shayla on March 27, 2015. A judge is expected to hear the case and make a decision before she leaves the States.
