Robby Novak, a.k.a. Kid President, accomplished great things in 2014, and is looking forward to the days ahead. The young actor tells The Video Ink that one of his greatest achievements of 2014 was writing and releasing his book.
“My big bro Brad and I wrote our first book. That was really cool,” says the star. Novak also tells media that surprising a teacher and talking with Michelle Obama were pretty monumental. “I don’t know how we are going to beat a tin can phone call with Michelle Obama. I guess we will have to Skype her.”
Robby released a book called Kid President’s Guide to Being Awesome that garnered the attention of many in 2014. Several readers praised Robby’s advice as being good, and were amazed that so much valuable knowledge was coming from a child. Novak has since promoted his book by way of special appearances and through YouTube.
Although much attention has been given to him upon the success of his debut publication, Robby tells media that his book was written for the world. “The book is 100 ways to make the world more awesome,” explains the star. “There are so many easy ways people can change the world. You can put on a superhero cape while helping a neighbor with yard work, you can write a poem for someone who doesn’t usually have poems written about them, you can treat everyone like it’s their birthday.”
It is evident that Kid President is on a mission to make the world an awesome place to live. He would also like “to pass the 5th grade.”
