KELLY ROWLAND GIVES TIPS ON HOW TO GET YOUR PRE-BABY WEIGHT BACK

Kelly Rowland gave birth to her son, Titan, in November and she is already getting back in shape. The star was recently photographed with personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins and, may we say, she looks amazing!

The average person wouldn’t believe that Kelly gave birth a few weeks ago after looking at the photos. The singer’s legs and arms are toned, and her abdomen appears to be flat.

So how did she do it? Well, according to Jeanette’s blog, Kelly underwent an intense six week training course that the two now call, ‘6 Week Get Your Body Back Challenge with Kelly Rowland & Jeanette Jenkins.’ The regimen includes ab sculpting exercises as well as kickboxing that gets the heart pumping. Rowland also engaged in a bit of dieting during her training that included lots of fruits and vegetables.

“I recommend using all organic foods, farm raised, grass fed and local farmers with no antibiotics, hormones, pesticides or chemicals.,” writes Jeanette in reference to Kelly’s nutritional changes. The person trainer adds, “To have healthy cells and a healthy body you must eat quality food.”
