The Wades are known for their excitement over Christmas photo shoots, and this year was no exception. Gabrielle, Dwyane and the kids dressed up and tried to give a more traditional look during this year’s holiday shoot.
Gabrielle was the model housewife as she wore an apron with pleated skirt while serving up a delectable yellow cake. The actress smiled wide while holding the cake on the platter. She even leaned in to give her star husband a kiss; that’s when tradition went South.
In between Gabrielle and Dwyane’s show of affection, the cake somehow slipped from the platter and made its way to the floor. The children, Dwyane’s sons and his nephew, immediately jumped up to see if the delightful pastry was salvageable and resorted to licking frosting from the portion of cake that hadn’t touched the floor. Gabrielle tried to save the segment by giving the kids an admonishing look and finger but the moment was truly gone.
Still in all, the Wades managed to pull off a beautiful Christmas shoot that featured them as the loving bunch. Gabrielle and Dwyane wed on August 30, 2014. The Miami ‘Heat’ star has two kids, Zion and Zaire, from his marriage to Siohvaughn Funches.
