Jamie Foxx and daughter Annalise Bishop were two of many Hollywood notables to attend the world premiere of Annie at Ziegfeld Theater in New York City on Sunday (December 7). The award winning star and his daughter pointed at paparazzi as they took several pictures.
This year’s remake of Annie features Jamie Foxx as Will Stacks. The wealthy businessman has plans to be New York City’s next mayor but has come across a few snags in the road. Will’s only hope of winning the election comes in the form of an orphaned little girl who has high hopes of her birth parents returning for her in the near future. Annie’s exuberance teaches Will to be optimistic about the outcome of the election, and causes him to set his eyes on things that are less materialistic.
