Mariah and husband Aydin Huq are expecting twins! News of the couple’s family expansion was announced via Instagram on Phillip Netwowk’s account.
“We’re pregnant without a doubt,” read the post that featured a man with two kids. The post further explained, “Mommy heard twins. She passed out.” The second phrase was accompanied by a picture of a woman holding a sonogram image while passed out on the floor.
Mrs. Huq discussed her multicultural family, which is a blend of African American and Bangladesh cultures, with Sister 2 Sister magazine a few months back. “Having a multicultural family is important for me. You can have the best of both worlds,” said the ‘Married to Medicin’e star. “I’m proud of exposing people to our family and our lifestyle, how we’ve forged it together. You can create your own culture, exposing people to other ways of life. That’s really big for me.”
Mariah and Aydin will be the proud parents of four children when their twins arrive in coming months.
