Tamar Braxton and Tamera Mowry-Housley are keeping fit with their kids’ help. The television co-hosts recently learned a few workout tips from fitness expert Tiffany Rothe, and took their sons along for the experience.

Tamera and Tamar had their husbands bring their little ones onstage, and then the television personalities immediately got to work. Both Logan (Tamar’s son) and Aden (Tamera’s little one) were simply adorable in their workout gear, which proved that they were coming on the show to get fit.

Tiffany Rothe gives busy moms tips to get back in shape that are based on her experiences as a parent. “After I had my daughter, I wasn’t in the best shape,” says the fitness guru. “You know us new moms tend to have no time for ourselves and we feel guilty of we’re not with our babies. So, I created a workout we could do together.” This exercise routine allows both mom and child to stay healthy while having fun.
