Dominique Haddon has certainly got her hands full with two daughters and a thriving marriage. The reality star gives media the inside scoop on what it’s like to be a mom and preacher’s wife.
“Denver has changed my life, drastically,” says the star of the newest addition to the family. Denver was born earlier this year, making Dominique the doting mom for the second time around. “She’s hit a soft spot in my heart,” explains Mrs. Haddon. “[She] makes me more emotional, I guess more glad to be a mother, and gave me a new purpose to live more freely, more openly, not be so uptight…be a real chill mother. I think she’s changed me in a good way.”
Dever has also changed big sister Destin’s perception. “Destin doesn’t really refer to Denver as her sister,” says Dominique. “She just calls her baby. So it’s kind of like, ‘She’s here but, you know, I’m number one.'”
As for Deitrick: “He still doesn’t change number two diapers.” You can catch the Haddons in all of their baby bliss when season two of ‘Preachers of L.A.’ premieres on Wednesday (August 20) at 10/9c via Oxygen’s network.
