Kanye West is concerned about North’s quality of life. The rapper expressed his fears during his twenty minute rant at the Wireless Festival in London last week.
“I want my daughter to have that opportunity to decide whether she wants to be famous or not,” said West. “I think to myself, ‘What the f*** am I going to do, how can I change it and how can I give my daughter her childhood?’”
The rapper also compared the attention he and his family receive from paparazzi to rape. “Sex is great when you and your partner are like, ‘Hey, this is what we both want to do,’” explained the star to fans. “But if one of those people don’t want to do that, what is that called? That’s called rape. That is called violation. So if I walk around and say look sir, I’m not feeling so good today, I need some space, can you please not fuck with me today? I need cut-off space, not violation.”
North is Kanye and wife Kim Kardashian’s first child. West has told media on numerous occasions that he plans to change the way that the paps take advantage of celebrities and their kids.
