How To Train Your Dragon 2 is the latest installment in the animated dragon series that has many singing its praises. The movie takes us to the land of Berk and beyond as Hiccup, the central character, discovers his passion in the world. The 20-year-old is confronted by an evil villain, Drago, who forces him to take his rightful place as Chief after Hiccup’s father, Stoick, dies. This Coming of Age tale addresses many issues that youth encounter on an everyday basis, such as parental separation and loyalty, which gives audience members something to identify with.
Children of all ages will enjoy the scenery and characters that bring the story to life. How To Train Your Dragon 2 hits theaters on Friday, June 13, 2014.
