Carl Crawford may have to shell out a bit more in child support if a judge approves Amy Freeman’s request for a $10,000 increase. The former girlfriend of the MLB star recently told the courts that she can no longer take care of her and Crawford’s two kids with just $5,000 per month. Freeman is now asking a judge to increase support to a “reasonable” amount of $15,000 per month.
It was just a few weeks ago that Carl and fiancee Evelyn Lozada welcomed a son into the world. Carl Leo Crawford was born on March 22, 2014, and was named after his father and the moth in which big Carl was born.
Carl has two kids with Amy. A hearing on Freeman’s request for more child support will be held in coming weeks.
