Happy Birthday Emani! The little one rang in her ninth birthday on Monday (March 31) with mom, dad, and lots of family friends who enjoyed her jumping party.
“Wishing my big baby a Happy 9th birthday,” tweeted Erica Dixon with excitement. “Love you @emanirichardson and many more to come!!! She didn’t want to smile in this pic because of what people were saying. Had to remind her of how beautiful she is inside and out and she started cheesing.”
Emani’s birthday was nearly ruined when she encountered what some would call racism at the salon. The little one was scheduled for a day of pampering but was turned away when the salon owner reportedly told her parents that the establishment didn’t service “you people.” Lil’ Scrappy, Emani’s father, had already paid for his daughter’s day of beauty and refused to leave without a refund.
Although Emani’s day was dented by all the chaos, the little one still managed to enjoy her party at another location that welcomed her and her friends with open arms. Emani is Lil’ Scrappy and Erica Dixon’s only child together.
