It was girls night out earlier this week for Jamelia, who attended the UK Premiere of ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ with her daughter, Teja. The entertainer looked gorgeous in her leather attire, having Teja’s full love and support on the red carpet.
Jamelia recently expressed the desire to have her kids grow up in a world where people of color are represented in a positive light on television. “It’s important to be represented in every way,” said the star. “I don’t want my kids to believe they can only be a pop star or sportsperson, I want them to believe they can be anything they want to be.”
Jamelia currently stars in the hit show, ‘I Love My Country’ that is making waves in the UK. The singer has two kids, Teja and Tiani, in all.
