Mariah and Monroe are bona fide divas! The two were recently photographed before heading out to a formal event, looking stylish as ever in black and pink. Mariah rocked a tight fitting black dress while Monroe wore an adorable pink outfit. The toddler held a black fan that matched mom’s dress while striking poses for the camera. “On my way to Out 100,” tweeted Mariah along with the shared pic.
Proud papa Nick Cannon recently expressed his desire to have kids who do well in life telling Parade, “It’s mainly about wanting them to be the best people they can possibly be. I’m hoping I’m a good example, and they can just follow in the footsteps of the work we do at HALO (charity effort that Nick began a few years back).”
Although he doesn’t believe that being reared in today’s society is more difficult than when he was growing up, Cannon did admit to the magazine that kids now have access to more things in the world. “There’s a lot more access to everything — good and bad. That can be a challenge,” said the actor.
Monroe is Nick and Mariah’s first daughter. The couple also have a son named Moroccan.
