The Smiths spend time in the sun, smiling and giving the camera great vibes. Emmitt shares his happiness with fans as he stands between his daughters. The star athlete celebrated his son’s birthday a few weeks ago tweeting, “Happy Birthday to our miracle baby boy Elijah!!!!”
Emmitt recently told media that he is staying in shape despite being a retiree of the National Football League. “I did the things that I needed to do to take care of my body while I was playing, and I’m doing the same things right now while I’m not playing. I’m doing everything in my power to keep my body in the best shape possible, my heart in the best possible shape, and my mind in the best possible shape,” explained the star.
Smith played for the Arizona ‘Cardinals’ for one season before returning to the Dallas ‘Cowboys’ and retiring in 2005. He played for the ‘Cowboys’ for more than a decade before joining the ‘Cardinals’ during the 2003-2004 season. Emmitt and wife Patricia Southall also have a son named Emmitt IV (not pictured above) together. The former sports player has four kids in all.
