Mariah Carey captures every precious moment with her kids, even if it means putting bedtime on pause. The Pop star recently shared a photo of her 2-year-old son, Moroccan, while standing on the stairway in his plaid pajamas. Mariah was near to guide him up the staircase and straight to bed but not before capturing the beautiful pic of her son holding his first pumpkin. “Roc’s first pumpkin,” tweeted Mariah along with the photo.
Carey has characterized child labor as one of the most difficult and rewarding things she’s experienced in life. The star tells E!, “Anybody who’s ever had multiples will know it is one of the most difficult experiences ever but the reward is just beyond—I can’t even explain how rewarding having these babies is for me.” The singer also describes her physical injuries that have had her down but not out of the game as difficult saying, “Breaking my rib was not festive. Dislocating my shoulder was not a good thing, either.”
Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon have two kids, Monroe and Moroccan, together. The couple have been married for five years.
