Monica couldn’t miss a chance to go on a field trip with her son Romelo,5, this past week. The singer took a much deserved break from being a new mom to accompany her youngest son to the aquarium last Friday.
“The aquarium with Romelo’s Class today was amazing!!! What a beautiful day it’s been. So glad I made it,” tweeted Monica. Also on the field trip was rapper T.I and his son Major.
Monica gave birth to the newest addition to the family on September 3, 2013. Laiyah is her and husband Shannon Brown’s first child together. Romelo and older brother Rodney Jr. are Monica’s children with ex-boyfriend Rodney Hill Sr.
