Congratulations go to Fonzworth Bentley and wife Faune Chambers-Watkins who welcomed a baby girl into the world a few weeks ago. Faune gave birth to Zoie Alecia Watkins on July 30, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Los Angeles. Little Zoie was born a healthy weight and height with proud papa holding mom’s hand every step of the way.
“Faune was in labor for 23 hours and pushed for four-and-a-half hours, all without pain meds,” said Fonzworth of his wife’s labor and delivery. “There was no IV or anything. She did amazing and I’m so proud of her.”
Bentley went on to gush about his family telling Us Weekly, “We love our baby girl. There’s nothing like holding a miracle. Besides no pain meds, Faune gave birth at 6:26 a.m., but we left the hospital at 7:30 p.m. that night. Faune said, ‘This is how we do it. I want to be home with my baby.’ She’s a total blessing.”
Zoie is Fonzworth and Faune’s first child together.
