La La Anthony was spotted arriving at ArcLight Hollywood with her young movie date, son Kiyan Anthony. Both the television personality and her son did a bit of coordinating in attire as La La wore a red hat to match her son’s shirt and Kiyan rocked a white jacket that matched his mom’s purse.
Mrs. Anthony recently partnered with Target to host a back-to-school giveaway that presented struggling schools with the financial support needed to thrive this academic year. La La was excited to take part in the charitable effort telling Latina magazine, “I want to give back to schools in need. As a mom and a person who grew up being in different schools, I’ve seen first hand how important it is to give financial aid and supplies for schools who really need it, so I was thrilled to come on board and be a part of such a good cause.”
The star further stated, “This cause is so important to me because education is my number one priority, especially now that my son is now entering the 1st grade. To be able to spread awareness and help schools in need is such a powerful and important thing.”
Kiyan is La La and husband Carmelo Anthony’s first child together. The couple wed in 2010.
