Jessica Nowitzki celebrated the impending birth of her and Dirk Nowitzki’s first child with a baby shower this past weekend. Wearing a tan dress that hugged her pregnant belly, Jessica was the epitome of gorgeous as she held up presents fit for a princess given to her by attendees. Close family members and friends came out to support the basketball wife on her shower day.
Jessica and Dirk wed last year in Kenya with loved ones surrounding them. The couple participated in a traditional ceremony that called for dancing and community blessing before promising full devotion until death. Dirk and Jessica wanted to incorporate her Kenyan background in their ceremony, and figured having the wedding in the Motherland was the best way to accomplish such goal.
Dirk has been a key player for the Dallas ‘Mavericks’ since 1999. He and his wife are expecting a girl.
