Salli Richardson-Whitfield is a mom with many aspirations. The singer and actress recently revealed to the press that her life as mom and entertainer comes with many dreams that have yet to be fulfilled.
“I still have many goals, dreams, and aspirations that I’m working towards,” said the actress. “I have not given up on wanting to win every award there is to offer.
While earning recognition is always nice and is something to strive for, my main goal in life is to be a great mom to my kids and give them a happy life. Their existence is what has motivated me to do more with my career. I need to take care of them and that means NO RELAXING! My daughter, Parker (8) and my son Dre (4) mean the world to me and I would do anything to provide them with the best life possible.”
Although she’s hard at work building her career, Salli never neglects to spend time with family. “If I’m not working, I’m with my family and friends. Enjoying life, soaking up all it has to offer, and being the best mom I can be,” explained the actress to media.
Salli and husband Dondre Whitfield have two kids together.
