Kimora Lee Simmons is raising kids who love to be on the runway. The model and entrepreneur recently sat down with HELLO! where she told the magazine that Kenzo, Ming, and Aoki love to model.
“The paparazzi attention can make them a little nervous. They love photoshoots and modeling – they don’t mind that part. But they haven’t done that for a year or more,” said Lee Simmons.
Although she began her journey as a supermodel at 13-years-old, Kimora doesn’t plan on letting Ming break into the world of high fashion so young. “I’ve managed to keep her away from it for a little longer,” explained the star. “I had better resources than my mom did, but all three of my children already do a lot. The girls especially have been on runways, created their own capsule collection, have been on TV and in photoshoots and their whole family, including their dad and step-dad, is an entertainment family.”
All three of Kimora’s kids, along with their fathers, are featured on the fashion mogul’s new reality show. Lee Simmons has two kids-Ming and Aoki-with ex-husband Russell Simmons, and one child-Kenzo-with former spouse Dijimon Hounsou.
