Kids say the darndest things and WNBA player Candace Parker’s kid is no different. Lailaa recently shared her sense of humor with her mom. As Candace explains, “Weeks ago i taught Lai the game ‘step on a crack you break your mama’s back.’ So today, I was fussing at her and she got mad. She looked up at me and stomped real hard on a line and looked up at me and asked ‘Hows your back?’ I almost died laughing……LOL my lil’ monster.”
Parker’s “lil monster” is also the overseas comedian, sharing laughs with mom as they travel the world. “[An] unforgettable moment in Russia was when we were in a hotel recently,” says Candace. “Some hotels in Russia have gas masks as a regular accessory, like it’s a hair dryer! Anyway, I went into the bathroom to change for bed, came out, and Lailaa was standing there with a gas mask on. I was crying I was laughing so hard.”
Lailaa is Candace and husband Sheldon Williams’ first child together.
