Holly Robinson Peete, husband Rodney Peete, and their kids held their 3rd Annual My Brother Charlie Family Fun Festival at Culver Studios in Culver City, California on August 12th. For years, the HollyRod Foundation has worked to spread awareness about Autism and Parkinson’s Disease.
The Peete’s eldest son Rodney Jr. was diagnosed with autism at the tender age of three. His twin sister Ryan decided to write a children’s book after learning of her brother’s disability. My Brother Charlie addresses Rodney’s struggles with autism and has managed to win an award in the children’s book category.
Holly and Rodney have four children in all: Ryan Elizabeth and son Rodney Jr. (born in 1997), son Robinson (born in 2002), and son Roman (born in 2005).
