Amel Larrieux and daughter Sanji,12, support the arts at the stage premiere of ‘FELA!’‘FELA,” a production sponsored by Jay-Z along with Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith, will run 32 performances at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre in New York. The play will make its final showing on August 4, 2012.
Larrieux and her older daughter recently performed on stage at The City Winery in New York City. Amel did the majority of the singing, while Sky,17, played the guitar and echoed her mother.
