Actress Connie Britton and son Eyob were spotted arriving at LAX in Los Angeles, California on June 19th, 2012.
Britton recently gave insight into her 3 year process of adopting baby Eyob who is originally from Ethiopia. “Many people think you go and pick out your baby like you go shopping,” said Connie.
“[Eyob and I] chose each other. I think I’ve always known I was going to be a mother. It took me about a year to do all the paperwork for the adoption then I was on a waiting list for two years, just waiting to get a referral. One day I got a call from [the adoption agency] and they said ‘We have a referral for you,’ and then they emailed the picture of [Eyob]. It was sot of an indescribable thing because in that moment I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, that’s my son,'” explained the actress.
Baby Eyob is Connie’s first child.
