Many people have stopped making New Years resolutions for fear of not accomplishing them. Experts have even advised against new year promises that may not be fulfilled. Although many are afraid to resolve, it’s not a bad idea for you and the family to set new goals for healthy living in the new year.
Contrary to what some believe, healthy living means more than eating less and engaging in strenuous workout plans.
