Many people have stopped making New Years resolutions for fear of not accomplishing them. Experts have even advised against new year promises that may not be fulfilled. Although many are afraid to resolve, it’s not a bad idea for you and the family to set new goals for healthy living in the new year.
Contrary to what some believe, healthy living means more than eating less and engaging in strenuous workout plans. While you and the family should make every effort to exercise and eat right, you should also resolve to spend more time with one another. In many instances, appreciating each others differences is the key to cohabitation and healthy living.
What do you think? Is healthy living one of your resolutions? Do you make New Years resolutions?
