Ephraim and Amber Benton have partnered to form Daddy Daughter Publishing. The father-daughter duo recently celebrated the debut of Amber’s 2-in-1 children’s book, Nail & Hammer and Bill and His Adopted Siblings Cup, Blender, and Blanket, at the “House of Ashanti” in New York.
The dream of 7-year-old Amber began when her father asked if she wanted to feature her stories on a world platform. Ephraim states, “One day I asked her ‘how would you like the whole world to read your stories,’ and her face lit up.” In response to his daughter’s excitement, Ephraim said, “Ok, well then Daddy is going to make that happen.” Although he edits Amber’s writing, Ephraim stresses that the stories published are his daughter’s own creative work.
Amber’s book is available for purchase at “Books & Cookies” in Los Angeles, and “Greenlight Bookstore” in New York. “House of Ashanti” also has copies of the book available for purchase. Internet fanatics can purchase Amber’s 2-in-1 creation on the Daddy Daughter Publishing website.
