Angelina Jolie recently sat down with with 60 Minutes to talk about how she balances her career with motherhood. During the interview, Jolie revealed that she prefers motherhood over entertainment. When asked about preferences, Jolie told the reporter that her comfort zone is “when I’m at home with the kids.”
She also admitted that she will never be as good as her mother, Marcheline Bertrand. Jolie said, “My mother was a full-time mother. She didn’t have much of her own career, her own life, her own experiences, her own–you know, everything was for her children. I will never be as good a mother as she was. I will try my best, but I don’t think I ever will be. She was the most generous loving woman. She’s better than me.”
