MIKE TYSON BRINGS TWO OF HIS KIDS TO THE 2026 ESPY AWARDS

Mike Tyson made the 2026 ESPY Awards a family affair.

The boxing legend arrived at Wednesday night’s ceremony in New York City with two of his children, daughter Milan and son Morocco, by his side. The trio walked the red carpet together before Tyson took the stage as one of the evening’s presenters.

Held at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center, the annual awards show celebrates the year’s biggest achievements in sports while raising money for the V Foundation for Cancer Research.

Tyson is dad to six living children: Mikey Lorna, Ramsey, Amir, Miguel, Milan, and Morocco. He also had a daughter, Exodus, who died in 2009 at the age of 4 following a tragic accident.

Although Tyson built one of the most successful careers in boxing history, he has been candid about the lessons he learned outside the ring. In a previous interview with USA TODAY Sports, the former heavyweight champion reflected on fatherhood and admitted there was a time when boxing came before everything else in his life.

“You know, I was a young kid. I was really basically only based my life on my career. I didn’t think much about my children. I was very self-centered at that time,” he  said.

Tyson explained that rebuilding those relationships didn’t happen overnight. He said it took years of growth and shared experiences for him and his children to develop the close bond they have today.

“As time went on in life, going through adversity, we’ve grown and gained a bond and we’re friends now,” he said. “But I had to go through the difficulties.”

Looking back, Tyson said those difficult years ultimately helped strengthen his relationship with his children.
