Alexis Ohanian is enjoying a father-daughter vacation with his oldest daughter, Olympia.
The Reddit co-founder shared photos from the trip on Instagram and reflected on finally bringing his daughter to Tokyo after years of traveling there alone for work.
During the trip, Olympia met Sanrio favorite My Melody, fed capybaras, sampled wagyu and conveyor belt sushi, and capped off one evening with taiyaki.
“Tokyo is such an amazing city and after years of coming here for work solo I’m so happy I got to bring @olympiaohanian with me for a Papa-Daughter vacation,” he wrote. “She’s been asking and planning this one for a minute now from meeting My Melody to feeding capybaras to wagyu to conveyor belt sushi to late night taikyaki I hope she knows how much fun I had.”
The post drew reactions from followers who praised the father-daughter outing.
“We love a girl dad,” one person commented.
Another wrote, “Looks like you and Jr had a blast!!”
A third added, “You are the BEST DAD .. love seeing you with Olymia & Didi ofc.”
Ohanian and Serena Williams welcomed Olympia on Sept. 1, 2017, just over two months before they married in New Orleans. The couple expanded their family in August 2023 with the birth of their second daughter, Adira River Ohanian.
The Tokyo trip is one of several family moments Ohanian has shared in recent weeks. In late June, he posted a video of himself helping style Adira’s hair while Olympia stood nearby. He captioned the post, “Being Papa to these two girls is the greatest gift.”
A day later, Ohanian shared a photo of Olympia resting on his shoulder alongside another reflection on fatherhood.
“Young man, there’s no way to explain this feeling, but I hope you get the chance to experience it for yourself. Fatherhood is the best.”
Meanwhile, Serena Williams has been making memories with Adira in France. Earlier this week, the 23-time Grand Slam champion shared photos from Disneyland Paris, writing, “Disney Paris is always a good idea with @adiraohanian.”
