Boosie Badazz and Rajel Nelson went all out for their daughter Sevyn’s first birthday.
The couple hosted an extravagant party on Saturday, turning the outdoor space of their Atlanta estate into a safari-themese scene with balloon installations, custom backdrops, animal graphics, and portraits of Sevyn framed by illustrated animals throughout.
Family and friends were welcomed by a large “Sevyn’s Safari” sign, while a “Sevyn’s Wild One” display with pink balloons, florals, and safari animals served as another photo spot.
At the center of the celebration was Sevyn’s birthday cake. Designed in pink with gold accents and jungle details, it featured animal toppers, including a lion and elephant, along with a framed image of Sevyn built into the cake and a large number “1” on the front.
Guests had plenty of options when it came to food, from a dessert table and an ice cream and milkshake station to a “Real Taste of New Orleans” tent serving classic dishes.
Pony rides, face painting, a ball pit, and a small petting zoo kept Sevyn and her friends moving from one activity to the next.
And the birthday girl wore a safari-inspired look with a white “Wild One” bodysuit and a tutu skirt trimmed in leopard print, complete with gold ribbon details and ruffled booties. She later changed into a black tutu outfit.
After the event, the rapper shared clips and photos on Instagram along with a message to his daughter.
In the Snapshots, Sevyn could be seen posing with both of her parents and her siblings, including Boosie’s other children.
“HAPPY BDAY 7 MY. I WILL ALWAYS GIVE U THE WORLD #daddyslittlegirl,” he wrote. “I CAN BE MAD AT THE WORLD UNTIL I SEE U.”
Boosie is a father of nine children, while Sevyn is Rajel Nelson’s only child.
