Latto has hinted that the father of her unborn child may be none other than rapper 21 Savage.
In her new music video for “Business & Personal,” the rapper appears to drop several clues pointing to him. While the visual confirms she is expecting her first child, it’s a specific scrapbook scene that has fans talking.
At one point in the video, Latto flips through a baby-themed scrapbook filled with cutouts, childhood photos, and a Clearblue pregnancy test. On one page, the words “Who will you look like?” appear next to baby photos of both Latto and 21 Savage.
In another scene, tattooed male hands are shown cradling Latto’s protruding stomach. Almost immediately, fans began comparing the ink to 21 Savage’s, noting similarities in the placement and overall design.
Latto and 21 Savage have been rumored to be in a relationship since 2020. However, it wasn’t until this past September that Latto confirmed the romance during a TMZ interview.
While speaking with the outlet during an outing in New York City, the “Big Energy” rapper described herself as a “’90s Chanel mob wife” heading to dinner with “my husband.”
Latto was then asked whether she was tired of ongoing speculation about her relationship with 21 Savage.
She responded, “No. My man, my man, my man.”
On Friday, the mom-to-be officially announced that she is pregnant, sharing a photo on Instagram showing her belly while holding a cub. She captioned the post, “BIG MAMA (the album) 5/29. Business & Personal (Intro) song & video out now. Thank you God.”
Though she did not name the father, the imagery in the video has fueled speculation.
