The holidays look a little louder, fuller, and more emotional this year inside Cardi B’s home.
As she settles into life with four kids, the rapper is embracing the beautiful chaos that comes with a growing family and she’s not pretending it’s picture-perfect.
Days before Christmas, Cardi shared a series of moments from her home that captured what this season really looks like for her right now as a mother-of-four. Surrounded by her children, Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, Blossom, 15 months, and her newborn son, the rapper gave fans a glimpse of life in motion.
In one photo, Cardi holds her newborn while Wave sits nearby on a toy polar bear. Kulture stands close by, helping carry her little sister, who appears mid-cry. Captioning the moment with humor, Cardi wrote, “The perfect Christmas picture don’t exist in this house.”
The rapper welcomed her baby boy in November with boyfriend Stefon Diggs. She first introduced him to fans days later, sharing photos from the hospital that included a cozy Patriots-themed outfit, a nod to Diggs’ NFL career. She simply captioned the post, “11/4,” followed by a teddy bear, single grey heart, and football emojis.
A few days after that, Cardi shared another meaningful detail from her postpartum journey: she had her baby’s umbilical cord preserved in gold. Per Mommy Made Encapsulation, the keepsake was created by dehydrating the cord into a heart shape before dipping it in gold chrome.
Christmas brought even more family moments. Cardi posted clips of her kids celebrating, including a video of Blossom attempting to walk and another showing her newborn dressed in a fuzzy outfit with Diggs’ name and jersey number stitched across the back.
At one point, Cardi admitted things were far from calm, writing, “No family picture cause everyone on their worst behavior.” She later added of her baby, “Even this one being bad.”
In another post, she shared a quiet moment with her son resting against her shoulder, writing, “My cuddle buddy, I love him soooo much.”
