MEGHAN MARKLE AND PRINCE ARCHIE TWIN IN SOCIAL MEDIA VIDEO

One of Meghan Markle’s latest Instagram reels didn’t just spotlight Princess Lilibet’s now famous bright red curls, it also captured a twinning fashion moment between the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Archie.

The pumpkin-patch video shows 6-year-old Archie racing through a corn maze in a tan quilted jacket layered over a black polo and jeans. His outfit mirrored Meghan’s own look that day, a brown Anine Bing jacket paired with black jeans and black Co riding boots, per What Meghan Wore.

At one point, Meghan gently places her hand on the back of Archie’s head as they make their way through the maze, an understated but unmistakable gesture of affection.

The reel also features Lilibet, 4, dressed in a baby-pink ribbed top and matching sweatpants, perched in a wagon surrounded by pumpkins of every size. Later, back home in Montecito, Archie helps oversee pumpkin-carving in the family’s backyard. Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, joins the fall festivities, rounding out the Sussex family of four’s afternoon.

Since returning to Instagram earlier this year, Meghan has been offering more glimpses into her life with Archie and Lilibet and speaking about parenting with notable openness. At an October 23 event at Godmothers, a bookstore in Summerland, California, she shared her daily practice of asking her kids to share a “rose and thorn” from their day.

“Especially with young children, it’s a great opener for, you know, when you get to that stage where your kids just give you a yes or no answer,” Meghan said during the bookstore’s livestream on Substack. Of Lilibet, she added, “Our daughter—she’s 4, and she’s a very strong personality and she’s incredible. And now she’s in this moment where I say, ‘What’s your rose and your thorn?’ And she goes, ‘My day was just a blast.’”

Meghan also told attendees she starts each morning by filling the house with music, and to keep a bit of home with her while traveling, she always brings a portable speaker and a candle. “I am so conscious and sensitive to fragrance, and I associate that with home,” she said.

During the TIME100 Summit in April, Meghan revealed that Archie was nearing a big milestone, losing his first tooth, and later shared more about playing tooth fairy in an interview with Fast Company. She left money and a tiny dinosaur under his pillow, which the 6-year-old discovered at 2 a.m.

“I had a lot of business meetings the next morning, but I still chose to cuddle with him the rest of the night,” Meghan said. “Those mom moments energize me to be a better founder, a better employer, a better boss.”
