Kim Porter’s children marked the anniversary of her passing by sharing a recent family moment that held special meaning for them.
On November 15, Quincy, Christian, and twins D’Lila and Jessie posted photos from a Goodwin family reunion they attended over the summer.

In the photos, the siblings can be seen wearing matching navy “Goodwin” shirts as they enjoyed the afternoon outdoors. Another showed them lined up with their names and “Sixth Generation” printed across the backs of their shirts.

Kim Porter was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, and graduated from Columbus High School before pursuing modeling full-time.

Her career took her to the covers of Elle and Marie Claire and into major campaigns with brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Revlon.
She went on to welcome her son Quincy with Al B. Sure! in 1991. Three years later, she entered a longtime relationship with Sean “Diddy” Combs, and together they had Christian and twin daughters D’Lila Star and Jessie James.
Porter died on November 15, 2018, at the age of 47. Her death was ruled natural and attributed to lobar pneumonia.

Christian “King” Combs Releases Emotional Tribute Video
Over the weekend, Christian “King” Combs released the music video for “Kim,” his tribute song dedicated to their mother. The visual opens with King running in slow motion before shifting into scenes
that explore the emotions he has carried since her death.
The video also recreates moments from his childhood and highlights earlier periods of Porter’s life, including her pregnancy with the twins.

“Kim, I love you, mama. Things ain’t been the same here without you, mama,” he raps on the track from his Never Stop EP.
King also reflected on Instagram, writing, “I miss you so much, Mommy,” he wrote in a post shared Nov. 16. “Not a day goes by that I don’t feel your love watching over us. Today will forever mean something deeper, and I wanted to honor you with this video. I know you’re in Heaven, proud of everything we’re becoming. I love you forever.”
