Serena Williams turned heads as she hit the beach in a stylish cut-out swimsuit, showing off her incredible figure. The tennis legend was accompanied by her mini-me, Adria River, for some overdue fun in the sun.
The 43-year-old shared a carousel of images of her day at the beach with her daughter.
The mother-of-two captioned the post, social media post, “My mini mini @adiraohanian wanted to take a dip in the ocean. I could not say no.”
Earlier this month, Williams’ eldest daughter, Olympia was by her mother’s side as she made a surprise cameo in Kendrick Lamar’s historic Superbowl Halftime performance.
The athlete shared images on Instagram of her and her daughter on stage during rehearsals for the big game performance. Williams captioned the post, “Rehearsals anyone?”
Williams has been very open about how her priorities have shifted from being an athlete to now focusing on being a wife and a mother.
In a previous interview with People Magazine, Williams said that she feels fortunate that her eldest daughter wants to spend time with her.
“I’ve been so focused on my career my whole life, but when I had a family and got married, I realized that there’s so much more to life. And that was great,” she said.
“[Olympia] wants to make sure that I’m aware that I should have time on my hands and I need to spend more time with her,” she said. “Little kids really want to be with their parents. And I just feel fortunate that she wants to be with me.”
From where we are sitting, it truly looks like Williams is enjoying life to the max. We know that we are enjoying watching her share her motherhood journey with us all.
