CHANEL IMAN LAUNCHES CHILDREN’S COLLECTION FOR HER HOME BRAND, CHASA

Supermodel Chanel Iman is stepping into a new chapter, blending her passion for family and design with the launch of a children’s collection for her home brand, Chasa.

Chasa, which Chanel describes as a fusion of her nickname, “Cha Cha,” and the Latin word for home, “casa,” started as a home collection aimed at creating warm, inviting spaces for families. Now, the brand has expanded to include a children’s line that embodies the same cozy, stylish energy.

“I love spending quality time with my family. The home space, that’s what I do for my family. I create a nice warm environment for us to make lots of memories together. And I’m really good at that,” Chanel shared with ESSENCE. “I also felt like because I’ve been on the road for so long as a successful model, I’ve always had to create a home no matter where I was.”

As a mother of three, Chanel’s focus has shifted from her modeling career to spending quality time at home with her children.

She continued, “Modeling will always be a part of my story, but right now, my focus is Chasa. I’m really focused on being a great mother to my children, building trust with my customers, and building my brand, Chasa.”

Despite the demands of her busy career, Chanel has mastered the delicate balance between family and work.

“I’m a supermom, working hard on building my brand, balancing my fashion career and yeah, just kind of just do it all. If I don’t have a babysitter or I can’t leave the home, I find a way,” Iman said.

She also finds time for herself, too. “My kids know if I’m taking a bath, that’s me time. When I run my bath, I light my candles, put a little bit of music on, and relax. So yeah, that’s definitely my version of me time.”
