Deion Sanders has revealed that his daughter, Deiondra Sanders, is expecting her baby around a very special date – his own birthday on August 9th!
The former NFL star turned coach took to social media with a series of photos showcasing his pregnant daughter alongside her partner, singer Jacquees.
He captioned, “She gone show that lil baby off @deiondrasanders. It’s almost time and how about she told me the baby is due on my birthday! Y’all think she trying to get a Trust fund for lil Mite Mite ?”
However, it seems the nickname “Lil mite mite” didn’t quite resonate with Deiondra, who playfully objected in the comments section, saying, “Not lil mite mite! Don’t do my baby! Lol keep it cute.”
Deiondra has had a positive pregnancy journey, despite encountering some challenges due to fibroids. Recently, she underwent a Cerclage surgery on May 9th after her cervix began to open up.
Updating her followers, she shared, “I got my cerclage today! Everything went good just a little sore. I will be resting and taking it easy the next few days. Any of my followers had one before? If so how was your experience and the after effects of one, if any?”
Shortly after the surgery, Sanders and Jacquees celebrated at their gender reveal party in Atlanta, surrounded by friends and family.
“I just wanna say Thank you to my man @jacquees for making sure this day was so special for me,” Deiondra expressed in a post. “I never even thought about a gender reveal but he said he wanted me to experience everything as a first time parent. You made sure it was everything that I dreamed of. Your hard work and effort never goes unnoticed to make me happy. Thank you for making this one of the happiest days of my life.”
