Blac Chyna & Tyga are asking guests to sign a nondisclosure agreement to attend son, King Cairo’s, baptism. Violation of the agreement would cost the transgressor a $500,000 fee.
Page Six obtained a copy of the NDA, which prohibits guests from taking any type of pictures or video the event. Furthermore, attendees are not allowed to share anything about the baptism on social media platforms.
The agreement also allows the former couple to “inspect and confiscate” all smart devices including, but not limited to, cellphones, Apple Watches and tablets.
To reinforce the exclusivity of the ceremony, the NDA mandates that guests sign the document before gaining access to the baptism ceremony. Additionally, the legal document also prevents attendees from making any “disparaging statements, oral or written” about Tyga.
Earlier this month, Tyga and Blac Chyna reached an agreement in their child custody dispute. Tyga and Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, will share joint legal and physical custody of their son, King Cairo. They will also make decisions together about his overall welfare, education, and health care issues.
Tyga, whose real name is Michael Ray Stevenson, will not be required to pay child support for his son. Upon granting shared custody of King Cairo, the court also mandated that both Blac Chyna and Tyga enroll in a parenting education course to learn how to better co-parent with each other and communicate.
“Parents are required by law to attend a mediation orientation/ parent education program (Our Children First) and a mediation session prior to appearing at a Request for Order or Trial regarding the custody and/ or visitation of their children,” a description of the program reads. Per recently obtained legal documents, Blac Chyna completed the program as of November 1, 2023.
In addition to 11-year-old King Cairo, Blac Chyna also shares six-year-old Dream Kardashian with Rob Kardashian.
